Where is Motion Mortgage located?
Our studio is at 46 Liberty Knolls Dr, Stafford, VA 22554. We shoot on location across Stafford, Fredericksburg and Northern Virginia.
What are your hours?
We're open Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Sessions outside these hours can be arranged for an added fee.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to three weeks is ideal for photography and four to six weeks for brand identity projects. Rush slots are sometimes available.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes. Travel within 35 miles of Stafford is included. Beyond that we charge a mileage fee listed on our pricing page.
How long until I get my photos?
Most galleries are delivered in five to seven business days. Rush 48 hour delivery is available as an add on.
Do I own the photos?
Motion Mortgage keeps the copyright, and you receive a license to use the images for your business. Full buyouts are available on request.
How many revisions are included in design work?
Brand Starter includes two rounds, while Brand Studio and Brand + Shoot include three. Extra rounds can be added.
Can I get the raw files?
We deliver edited, finished images. Raw files are not included because they don't represent our final work, but selects can be discussed for special projects.
What if it rains on shoot day?
We can shoot interiors as planned and return for exteriors and drone at no charge, or reschedule the whole shoot.
Are you a mortgage lender?
No. Motion Mortgage Inc. is a design and photography studio. We create marketing for real estate and mortgage professionals, but we do not make loans, take applications or give mortgage advice.
Do you work outside Virginia?
Yes. Design projects can be handled fully remotely for agents and lenders anywhere in the US.
