Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% non refundable deposit reserves your date or design slot. The balance is due on delivery of final files. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month.
Can you build a custom package?
Absolutely. Many clients mix photo, motion and design. Tell us what you need and we'll send a written quote within two business days.
Is the usage license included?
Yes. Every package includes a license for your business's marketing use. Campaign and partner packages include an extended commercial license. See Image Licensing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfer and business checks. Invoices are sent by email.
